Shipping Information
UK
All items will be sent via Royal Mail, you have the option of 2nd class, 24 and 48 hours tracked. Orders are generally delivered within the timeframe given by Royal Mail after dispatch however you must allow at least 10 working days before reporting a parcel as missing/lost.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders are expected to be delivered within 10 working days after being dispatched however this can take up to 28 working days. The buyer is responsible for any customs and/or tax charges.
PLEASE NOTE: During busier periods i.e public holidays this may be considerably longer. These time frames apply to Royal Mail delivery service only and DO NOT include my production times - please check current turnaround times prior to ordering to ensure you allow plenty of time for your items to arrive, if you require an item for a specific date do let me know in advance.

Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item you must contact me within 14 days of receipt and return to me within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any return costs and must obtain proof of postage. Items must be returned in the original re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Customers are liable for any loss in value.
Personalised items are non-refundable and may only be returned if damaged/faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the item being received by myself.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must cover any extra costs (i.e if exchanging for a more expensive item) and is also responsible for return postage costs. All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition in the original packaging and marked as a return. Customers are liable for any loss in value.
Personalised items may only be exchanged for the same item if damaged/faulty but are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me with 5 hours of placing the order and a full refund will be issued.
